This course will help the student to define church authority and understand the purpose and the importance of ministry as it relates to the local church from a biblical perspective. Compares and contrasts the biblical perspective of ministry versus the 21st century church. Students will gain an understanding of the role of the church and how to function effectively within it. This course explores how individual growth comes through ministry. The course will challenge students to examine the impact of individual ministry upon the church as well as the role that the local church impacts upon their ministry.
